Students from Fairlawn Elementary proudly participated in the St. Lucie County Fair through their involvement in local 4-H groups. Students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade had the opportunity to showcase animals they had been raising and caring for over the past several months. On March 3, students in Mr. Grundstrom’s Holocaust Studies class visited the Holocaust Memorial in Miami Beach for an impactful learning experience. The trip gave students the chance to explore the history of the Holocaust in a setting that encourages reflection and understanding.
