Bayshore Elementary lit up with excitement during our Perfect Attendance Glow Party! Students who achieved perfect attendance for both Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 were invited to celebrate their outstanding commitment. Each student received a glow stick and a special Perfect Attendance tag to mark their accomplishment. The lights dimmed, the music turned up, and our students enjoyed dancing, laughing, and spending time together. Bayshore Elementary wrapped up Literacy Week with a fun and memorable Storybook Character and Scientific Vocabulary Parade! Crafts and a Movie With the Bayshore Elementary Counselors

We had an amazing time hosting our Crafts with Counselors event after school! Fifty students joined us for a fun-filled evening of creativity and holiday cheer. Students rotated through craft centers, making Christmas trees out of cones and icing, designing ornaments, and coloring festive pages. Bayshore Elementary recently hosted two successful Student-Led Conference sessions—one for grades K-2 and another for grades 3-5. These conferences gave students the opportunity to take ownership of their learning by sharing their academic data, progress, and personal goals with their families. Bayshore Elementary had an unforgettable Spirit Week filled with creativity, color, and fun! Each day celebrated a different theme, and students showed up dressed to impress. Bayshore recently hosted a Mental Health Awareness night, bringing together students, families, and staff to promote mental well-being. Counselors Ms. Alexander, Ms. Cesar, Ms. Mora, Ms. Jones the School Based Mental Health Counselor, Ms. Bonner the school psychologist, and Ms. Napoleon the school social worker, along with teachers, each had booths offering valuable mental health resources.
