Excellence, Repeated! St. Lucie Public Schools has earned an “A” District rating for the second consecutive year, and this year, we achieved our highest score ever: 798 points! This incredible accomplishment reflects the hard work of our students, teachers, staff, families, and community partners. Together, we increased our score by 21 points over last year and continue to prove that excellence is the standard in St. Lucie Public Schools.

EKG Requirement for Student-Athletes

EKGs are required for first-time high school student athletes in the 2026-27 school year.  Specifically, this requirement applies to students participating in high school athletics for the first time, including incoming 9th-grade student-athletes, and students in grades 10–12 who have not previously participated in an FHSAA-sanctioned sport. Students who have already participated in a high school sport are not required to obtain an EKG at this time; however, obtaining one is strongly recommended as a best practice for student health and safety. Register to Ride

  Attention SLPS families! Students who require school bus transportation must be registered to ride for the upcoming school year. Registration is now open. To register your student, please visit the district website at www.stlucieschools.org and click on the “Register to Ride” link on the home page and complete the registration form. A confirmation email will be sent once we receive the completed registration. A separate form for each student is needed.
