ATTENTION PARENTS: New Student Enrollment Information

ATTENTION PARENTS: Newly enrolled students MUST register at their school BEFORE school starts in August. TAKE WITH YOU TO YOUR STUDENT’S SCHOOL: Original birth certificate (Kindergarten, first graders, and students new to the district). Immunization Record Form FL680. Physical Exam Form DH 3040 (completed within the past year). Any record or report cards from the previous school, including IEP. Take your 2 proofs of address that you provided in the application. If your child needs a bus, please go to our website and click on the Transportation button to register for a bus.

EKG Requirement for Student-Athletes

EKGs are required for first-time high school student athletes in the 2026-27 school year.  Specifically, this requirement applies to students participating in high school athletics for the first time, including incoming 9th-grade student-athletes, and students in grades 10–12 who have not previously participated in an FHSAA-sanctioned sport. Students who have already participated in a high school sport are not required to obtain an EKG at this time; however, obtaining one is strongly recommended as a best practice for student health and safety.
