Fairlawn Elementary’s 2nd–5th grade students recently enjoyed an exciting and well-deserved celebration during the final ACALETICS Green Party of the school year. Students who earned an 80% or higher in ACALETICS were rewarded for their hard work and dedication with a fun-filled event on the green that included games, snacks, music, and time to celebrate with friends. Fairlawn kindergarteners celebrated literacy with their annual Heart Word Egg Hunt on the playground. Colorful eggs were hidden across the grass, each labeled with a UFLI heart word for students to read.
