SLPS Celebrates the Class of 2025

Congratulations to the Class of 2025! On May 22 & 23, Superintendent Dr. Jon R. Prince, joined by Board Chairman Dr. Donna Mills, Board Vice Chairman Troy Ingersoll, Board Member Terissa Aronson, Board Member Debbie Hawley, Board Member Jennifer Richardson and Deputy Superintendent Dr. Helen Wild, celebrated the graduating classes of 2025 at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds. Eagles’ Nest Preschool at St. Lucie West Centennial High School

Eagles’ Nest Preschool is a laboratory preschool classroom open to children ages 4 (by September 1st) to 5 years.  St. Lucie West Centennial High School students enrolled in the Early Childhood Education Academy have the opportunity to observe the preschool’s professionally trained staff and preschoolers in a real classroom setting. On Monday, January 20, 2025, St. Lucie Public Schools, along with SLPS Superintendent and Board Members, participated in Fort Pierce’s Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parade. The theme of this year was “Change Begins with Me” and was Grand Marshaled by Dr. Kevin Perry, Assistant to the Superintendent and Retired School Board Administrator Dr. Christine Taylor.
