On Thursday, February 20th, Cobra Nation swelled with pride as we greeted our rising 9th graders and class of 2029! Palm Pointe Kindergarten students had an exciting in-house field trip thanks to The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast’s Pirate STEM program. Palm Pointe Rockets Jump Rope for Healthy Heart Awareness

Each year the Palm Pointe Elementary Physical Education Department runs a yearly fund-raising campaign for the American Heart Association.  The Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser raised $5,200 this year.  Students have been learning healthy heart habits and how the heart works.  The P.E. The Girls Basketball team of St. Lucie West Centennial hosted St. Cloud High School in their Regional Semifinal game. The team emerged victorious, advancing to the Regional Final. On February 7th, 2025, 120 talented students from St. Lucie Public Schools, spanning grades 6-12, showcased their skills at the 37th Annual St. Lucie County Regional STEM Fair held at Indian River State College. St. Lucie Public Schools’ Secondary Programs had the chance to take 46 amazingly wonderful, talented, and respectful juniors to tour and explore Florida International University. The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee was proudly performed by the Fort Pierce Central Theatre Department and directed by Mrs. Tiffany Gardner. This award-winning musical comedy was a delightful mix of humor, heart, and unexpected twists.
