Palm Pointe Kindergarten students had an exciting in-house field trip thanks to The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast’s Pirate STEM program. This event immersed them in the world of pirates and treasure, blending history, creativity, and a touch of science. The adventure began with a deep dive into the history of the Treasure Coast, where students learned about its rich pirate connections and legendary lost treasures. Students worked in teams to create pirate ships and treasure maps. They then tested whether their ships would sink or float, combining creativity with scientific exploration. The experience provided the kids with an unforgettable experience in the thrilling world of pirates!
