The Girls Basketball team of St. Lucie West Centennial hosted St. Cloud High School in their Regional Semifinal game. The team emerged victorious, advancing to the Regional Final. This achievement marks a significant milestone in what has been a fantastic season for the Girls, under the dedicated guidance of Coach Stewart, Coach Tolbert, and Coach Wetherall. Their hard work and determination have paid off, making them one of only eight Girls Basketball teams left in the state.
A highlight of the game was in the second quarter when Jailyn Williams, one of our standout players, scored her 1,000th point. This is a remarkable accomplishment, especially considering she is only a junior. Reaching this milestone is a testament to her talent, dedication, and hard work.
