Lawnwood Elementary School Celebrates Attendance

Students at Lawnwood Elementary School attended a special presentation by the Oxbow Eco-Center for meeting their first attendance incentive. Children learned about several animals and the features that make them unique. One fun fact discussed was that the eye shape of snakes is a key feature that can allow a person to distinguish which are venomous and not. 🇺🇸Happy Constitution Day from Mr. Meeks ASD classroom at PSL High School! To celebrate, our students learned about the Constitution in a creative way. Our amazing paraprofessionals became the “laws,” and the students became the “states.” Students got to sign their names to the classroom rules, and then they picked the rules they liked best and signed those as well.
