On February 27, 2026, the Jaguar Battalion conducted its annual flag retirement ceremony, a cornerstone tradition dedicated to the dignified disposal of unserviceable American flags. The process began with a coordinated collection effort from January 14th  to January 28th, during which designated Cadets and their respective Company Commanders gathered flags from predetermined neighborhoods located near Port St. Lucie High School. In partnership with ONEBLOOD, the event saw 28 students, faculty, and staff members participate, potentially saving up to 84 lives.
