Treasure Coast High School recently joined schools across the district in supporting Spread the Word Day in partnership with Special Olympics. This meaningful initiative focuses on promoting inclusion, acceptance, and respect for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and our Titan community was proud to take part. Treasure Coast High School students recently took part in Math Masters Month, an engaging initiative designed to build confidence and strengthen skills ahead of the Algebra and Geometry End of Course exams. Throughout the month, students were encouraged to challenge themselves by working through EOC-style math questions that reflect the rigor and format they will see on test day. This hands-on practice helped students focus on problem-solving strategies while reinforcing key concepts from their coursework. Angel Salcedo, pictured with TCHS Titan Theatre Director Jennifer Goodman, was recently recognized at the Florida Thespian State Festival as the recipient of the Susan Euler High School Award from the Florida Theatrical Association. This honor is given to graduating Florida high school students who show outstanding talent in the performing arts and who plan to continue their studies in theatre after graduation. On March 3, students in Mr. Grundstrom’s Holocaust Studies class visited the Holocaust Memorial in Miami Beach for an impactful learning experience. The trip gave students the chance to explore the history of the Holocaust in a setting that encourages reflection and understanding. During the guided tour, students examined the events that led to the Holocaust and the experiences of those who lived through it. They were also welcomed by a Holocaust survivor who shared his personal story. The Dance Repertory Company at Treasure Coast High School recently completed an inspiring week in Norfolk, Virginia, where they participated in the 15th annual Regional High School Dance Festival. Fourteen Treasure Coast High School Titan Theatre students were proudly inducted into the International Thespian Society on Friday, January 9th, earning recognition in the national honor society for high school theatre.
