Oak Hammock K-8 wrapped up the school year’s PBIS celebrations with an exciting, school‑wide event that honored students who demonstrated The Osprey Standard. This final PBIS celebration was a joyful reminder of how positive choices, respect, and responsibility help our campus soar. Our youngest K-2 Ospreys enjoyed a high‑energy Glow Party, where pods were transformed with music and glowing fun. Celebrating Noble Virtues with Southport ESOL Students

State Representative Larry Lee Jr., of the Florida House of Representatives, challenged Southport Middle School ESOL students to continue working hard in school. Celebrating Mr. Bolton’s 47 years in Education

  Mr. Bolton has been the institution behind ninth-grade math in the district and at FPC for nearly four decades. His career spans 47 years stretching from the northeastern seaboard down to sunny south Florida. Cobra Nation came out, flanking the red carpet during a walk fit for a legend. Celebrating Math at Morningside

Students, teachers, and community members came together to celebrate math at the Publix at Rivergate Plaza this past week. Families and friends of Morningside supported students by completing a scavenger hunt where students had to answer math questions based on the different items in the Publix store. It was a wonderful community experience held by our math committee. Way to shine, bluejays!

Celebrating Literacy Week at Bayshore Elementary

Bayshore Elementary students celebrated Literacy Week by participating in several activities to construct the foundation of success through reading. Students read to their peers using flashlights and participated in a literacy scavenger hunt. Students were given riddles to solve. Clues were posted around the school. We also hosted a community reading day. Texas Roadhouse, community members, and staff read a book to each class. Finally, we ended our week with a book character or vocabulary word parade. At Morningside Elementary, teachers encourage students to challenge themselves to learn more and grow more than they previously thought possible! In Mrs. Herrera’s second-grade class, students were caught celebrating their tremendous GROWTH in Reading and/or Math according to the I-ready diagnostic assessment.
