Cadets from the Panther Battalion recently competed in the Treasure Coast Chapter Military Officer Association of America – JROTC 5K Run/Walk. The run was held on Saturday, February 4th in the Tradition area of Port Saint Lucie, Florida. A number of cadets assisted with the event by handing out refreshments, parking cars, and setting up for the event. The rest of the cadets competed in the run. On April 10, 2019 Career Source Research Center hosted the 4th Annual Treasure Coast Homeless Veteran Stand down. The Stand Down brings together government agencies, housing providers, nonprofit agencies, and local businesses to connect homeless veterans with permanent and supportive housing, intensive case management, benefits eligibility screening, employment, legal assistance, and mental health services. Veterans are provided with basic needs, such as food, shelter, clothing, hygiene kits, shoes and blankets. Treasure Coast High School Titan Sound performed for students during lunches on Friday afternoon ahead of our first home football game of the season. Titan Sound played a number of sets for our students and staff. The students are looking forward to seeing Titan Sound in action on the field!
As Treasure Coast High School prepares for their first home football game of the season, Titan Sound is also preparing for their first performance. The band students have been working day in and day out to ensure they are ready for Friday night. They are even getting creative using unique spaces on campus to practice. Titan Sound has been under the leadership of Mr. Ingram since 2020.
