On our early dismissal day, Lakewood Park kindergarten students turned into engineers during STOP and STEM Day! The day began with an exciting question: What does an engineer do? Students learned that engineers solve problems—and then they were given one of their own. The letters of the alphabet wanted to climb the Chicka Chicka BOOM BOOM tree, but the tree wasn’t strong enough. It wobbled and fell, knocking all the letters off! The challenge?
