Mr. Donnelly and Ms. Thompson’s 8th-grade math students participated in an engaging group activity designed to introduce them to the laws of exponents. Students began by expanding exponential expressions and identifying patterns that revealed the foundational rules behind each law. In St. Lucie West K-8 math world, Ms. Pepe’s 3rd-grade sharks put their area and perimeter skills to the test by designing blueprints for their very own haunted houses! On November 1, 2025, the Cadets of the Port St. Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion successfully executed a car wash fundraiser. Held at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts on US HWY 1, the dedicated young leaders demonstrated exceptional discipline and teamwork throughout the day.  The Cadets thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a shared sense of purpose. Second-grade Sharks had an amazing time on our field trip to Texas Roadhouse! We kicked off our visit by using our writing skills to create heartfelt thank-you letters for our military—a wonderful way to show appreciation and practice kindness. Then the fun really began! Students participated in relay races carrying trays filled with cups and food baskets, practiced busing tables, took a behind-the-scenes kitchen tour, and even made their own bread rolls! Of course, the best part was enjoying their freshly baked rolls with a delicious chicken-finger basket. What an unforgettable day of learning, teamwork, and fun!
