Fourth grade students at West Gate K-8 participated in the presentation “Wildlife Around Us”. This program allowed them to meet an owl, hawk, baby alligator, and snakes. The students learned about the need for habitat protection and how to co-exist with native wildlife.

All middle school students participate in a Successful Scholar elective focusing on goal setting, organizational, study and communication skills needed for success in college and careers.
