On Friday, August 21, 2026, the Port St. Lucie Jaguar Battalion kicked off the school year with a strong demonstration of leadership and commitment by volunteering for the school’s home football game against Southfork High School. The Battalion’s Color Guard proudly presented the Colors during the pre-game ceremony, setting a respectful and disciplined tone for the event. Cadets, including those from the Honor Guard, were instrumental in ensuring the event ran smoothly. Their primary duties focused on traffic and parking management, which involved directing attendees to available spots and maintaining an orderly flow before and during the game. Port St. Lucie High School: Home Depot Foundation Supports Jaguar Cadets and Students

The Jaguar Battalion has successfully completed the reconstruction of its Raider Obstacle Course thanks to the generous support of The Home Depot Foundation and the volunteer team from Home Depot Store #6376. The project was inspired by Raider Team Captain Felix Witkamp, whose vision to improve the Battalion’s training environment helped turn an idea into reality. Cadets worked alongside Home Depot volunteers Victor Catalano, Matthew Matlock, Niko, and Carlos to remove the aging course and construct a modern training facility that will serve Cadets for years to come.
