The Port Saint Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion recently participated in a Dreamfest held by Discovery Church at the Port Saint Lucie Civic Center. As part of the ceremony, the church honored veterans by having the cadet Color Guard present the national flag while members of the church sang the National Anthem and America the Beautiful. Fort Pierce Westwood’s Veterinary Tech program welcomes CORE Contents Restoration’s partnership and support.  The company’s generous donation of supplies will support various activities within the Veterinary Tech program and will contribute to the fund raising efforts of an anesthesia machine. This purchase will help achieve the goal of opening a surgery center on campus to expand student opportunities for learning and growth. On Friday, January 18, 2019, Port St. Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion’s Army JROTC Drill Team attended the Santaluces Community High School Army JROTC drill meet in Lantana, FL. Cadets competed in male and female squads and color guard. On Monday October 9th, the Port St. Lucie High School Jaguars went up against the Space Coast Vipers. To kick off the game, the Jaguar Color Guard presented the Colors with Damilola Jolugan and Joleen Kalonaski serving as flag bearers and Hayley Pollard and Marco Narder serving as guards.

Port St. Lucie High School senior Josh Murriel signed his national Letter of Intent to become a student-athlete  at Marshall University in West Virginia to play football.
