Southport Middle School Student Council led the way for an environmental service project to clean up local beaches. The “Beach Clean Up” is just one of Southport’s many service project initiatives that students are participating in this school year. The cleanup took place at Jensen Beach.
On Sept. 27th thirty-one TCHS HOSA Club members traveled from TCHS to Jupiter to participate in HOSA’s Regional Fall Leadership Conference. During the conference, HOSA students had the opportunity to observe the parliamentary process by listening to campaign speeches and voting for different candidates running for their prospective offices at the regional level. Members also voted on this year’s HOSA t-shirt design as well as learning about the HOSA national service project: National Pediatric Cancer Project.
