St. Lucie West K8 3rd-5th Grade Choral students traveled to Lincoln Park Academy recently to join over 100 other students from across the district to be a part of the 2025 St. Lucie Public Schools All County Chorus. Students stayed after school and practiced at home on their own to prepare and memorize eight songs so that they could be ready for the big day. Once at All County Chorus, they spent several hours in the morning rehearsing with other students. In the afternoon, they recorded a concert that will be shown on the district’s television station and stream on its YouTube page. Sharks chosen to represent SLWK8 were Carolina Bell, Blake Bush, Fayth Farquharson, Anjolie John, Zaniya Kanhoye, Max Krasheninnikov, and Katelynn Melvin. Way to go Sharks!
