Jaguar Battalions Second Blood Drive

On Tuesday, November 14, the Port Saint Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion conducted our second Blood Drive of the year. With the help of our Cadets, we were given an opportunity to help serve the people of Port Saint Lucie. Thanks to our Cadets, members of One Blood, and teachers here at Port Saint Lucie High School, we were able to get enough blood to save over 150+ lives. Also special thanks to our principal Ms. Nicole Telese and other teachers who donated.

Jaguar Battalions Second Blood Drive

On Friday, November 18th, The Port Saint Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion conducted our second Blood Drive of the year. Jaguar Battalion’s Raider Teams Compete at Regionals

On Saturday, November 10, 2018, our male and female Raider Teams competed at South Fork High School Area 3 Regional Raider Meet. Each team competed in all five events including rope bridge, obstacle course, cross country rescue, tire flip, and team run for the male and female teams. Jaguar Battalion’s First Raider Meet

On Saturday, October 24th, 2020, Port Saint Lucie High School’s Army JROTC Jaguar Battalion’s Raider Team participated in its first Raider competition of the season at Fort Pierce Central High School. Two separate Male Mixed Teams participated and competed in each of five events: Relay Race, Sprint/Drag/Carry, Rope Bridge, a PT Test and one mile of Cross-Country Rescue. Each Team member engaged in team-oriented events that required the Cadets to work proficiently and communicate with their teammates. Jaguar Battalion’s Annual Field Day

On Saturday, May 13th, The Port Saint Lucie High School JROTC Jaguar Battalion hosted their annual Field Day. All four Companies competed in a series of athletic events including: Tug of War, Jag Ball, Soccer, Capture the Guidon, Kickball, Dodgeball, Volleyball, and Basketball. Cadets were given a competitive opportunity to showcase their skills against other companies. Jaguar Battalions 28th Annual Military Ball

On Saturday, January 22nd, 2023, Port St. Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion conducted its 28th Annual Military Ball at the Santa Lucia River Club. Male cadets wore their Class A Uniform, and female cadets came in formal gowns. Our Jaguar Battalion Color Guard posted the colors to begin the formal portion of the ceremony. Jaguar Battalion Veteran’s Day Assembly

On Wednesday, November 11th, the Port Saint Lucie Jaguar Battalion held a short voluntary assembly at Veterans Memorial Park to honor veterans who have served and continue to serve our country. Everyone was gathered at 2:00 pm as our Instructors and Battalion Commander, Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Lawrence Moleon-Mathews, briefed us on the history and importance of Veteran’s Day. Jaguar Battalion Takes Place in POW/MIA Ceremony

On Friday, September 19, 2025, the Port St. Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion participated in the POW/MIA ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park to pay tribute to Prisoners of War (POW) and those Missing in Action (MIA). Jaguar Battalion supports Relay for Life

Every year, the  Port St. Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion conducts service learning event designed to serve the community and teach the cadets valuable life skills. This year’s Service Learning Project supported the Relay for Life, which is an organization that supports the American Cancer Society in the fight against all cancers. Cadets set up luminaries around the track, which are bags of sand with a single, lit candle inside, recognizing those fighting or those who have fought cancer. On Saturday, April 6th, the Port Saint Lucie High School JROTC Jaguar Battalion competed in the Florida State Drill meet at George Jenkins High School in Lakeland, Florida after placing 1st in the Area 3 Drill Meet State Qualifier at Seminole Ridge Community High School. Our Female and Male teams competed against 99 of the best JROTC programs in the state of Florida. Jaguar Battalion says farewell to graduating seniors

Teamwork and physical fitness are two of the fundamentals of JROTC training. A year’s worth of training is put the test annually at Field Day hosted by the Jaguar Battalion at Port St. Lucie High School. During Field Day, the three companies battled each other in several different sports and athletic activities to determine the best unit.  Battalion Field day is about saying goodbye to departing seniors. On October 11, 2025, the Port St. Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion Raider Team showcased their strength, determination, and teamwork at the Jupiter Raider Meet. Competing against nine other schools, these cadets demonstrated exceptional skill, endurance, and discipline as they faced a series of intense physical and tactical challenges. Jaguar Battalion Presents Colors for PGA Warrior Mission

On October 18, 2025, the Port St. Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion JROTC proudly served as the color guard for a Professional Golf Association (PGA) golf tournament. The Detail’s participation showcased the school and JROTC program with precision and pride during the ceremony. The Port St. Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion supported the Port St. Lucie High’s graduation ceremony with the Presentation of the Colors. Leading the color guard was C/CPL Lily Durst, C/2LT Ashlee Seipel carrying the State Flag followed by the two guards, C/1LT James Williams and C/SSG Tyrone Salazar. Jaguar Battalion Participates in the MLK Parade

On Monday, January 20th, 2025, The Port St. Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion participated in the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade. This parade aimed to showcase Martin Luther King’s importance and accomplishments. Nearly 150 cadets attended and marched at this parade for 2 miles. Jaguar Battalion Participates in POW/MIA Ceremony

On Friday, September 16th, 2022, the Port St. Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion attended a ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park to pay their respects for Prisoners of War and Missing in Action Soldiers. Cadets who went to the ceremony held lit candles to represent the 7 different wars US Service Men and Women served in, in which many lives were lost.

Jaguar Battalion Participates in MLK Parade

On Saturday, January 15th, 2024, the Port St. Lucie High School Jaguar Battalion participated in the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade. The purpose of this parade was to showcase the importance of MLK and his accomplishments. Nearly 150 cadets attended and marched at the MLK parade for 2 miles. Jaguar Battalion Opens with Colors for PGA Event

On Monday the 31st of October, the Port St. Lucie High School JROTC Jaguar Battalion conducted a Color Guard for the Professional Golfers Association at their golf course in Port St. Lucie.
