Northport K-8 Culinary Arts students participated in the 2nd Annual Culinary Cook Off. Students were asked to design and produce a dessert recipe using all food commodities from our food services or cafeteria.
Northport students created a cake using 51% wheat flour and low sugar standards set by the USDA.
