Students, families, teachers, and staff of Lawnwood Elementary School enjoyed a night of learning at Big Apple Pizza in Fort Pierce. Children were greeted with several book options to choose from. They read and completed a reading comprehension task afterward. When the activity was finished, students were provided pizza and selected a beverage with their families. Children were especially excited to be able to keep the book(s) they selected. We appreciate the love and support shown at this lovely family and community event! Thank you to all who came out this night, as there was a great turnout and fun had by all who attended!
