Bayshore Elementary recently celebrated Diwali as part of their “Holidays Around the World” series for kindergarteners. Ms. Budhram’s Diwali presentation, held in the cafeteria, was a highlight of the event, bringing the vibrant festival of lights to life for the young students. She explained the significance of Diwali, emphasizing themes of light overcoming darkness and the importance of family and community.
Mrs. Budhram’s VPK class also watched the presentation, adding to the festive atmosphere. She shared traditional stories that captivated the children’s imaginations.
