MSE Honored Veterans

Morningside Elementary School invited veterans from all branches of the armed forces to join students and staff in a tribute to honor their service to our county.  On Thursday, November 9, the school’s hallway was lined with students waving flags, clapping, and cheering as veterans made their way to the school’s cafeteria. Educators coming together to help educators is the underlying theme of this year’s annual West Gate K8 Hispanic Heritage Festival and Fundraiser scheduled for Saturday, November 18th on the school’s campus located at 1050 NW Cashmere Blvd. in Port Saint Lucie.  Community members are invited to enjoy music, games, live performances, and a variety of food from 1PM to 5PM. LPA’s Jazz Combo Sets Positive Tone

The Lincoln Park Academy Jazz Combo performed as the opening act for Grammy-nominated and award-winning Najee on November 4th, 2017 at the Sunrise Theater. Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, Eta Eta Omega Chapter under the Pink Rose Foundation Inc., held its annual scholarship fundraiser at the Sunrise Theater. Vice President of the Pink Rose Foundation and Event Chairperson Michelle Jerger said, “The students have amazing talents and are extremely professional.  They set the tone for a successful evening.”  Jerger also commended the leadership of Band Director Jason Albert.

On Saturday November 11, test drive a new Buick and help St. Lucie West Centennial High School located at 1485 Cashmere Boulevard in Port St. Lucie receive up to $10,000. Garber Buick GMC in Ft.
