St. Lucie West K-8 Middle School students in Mrs. Eldridge’s Art classes learned all about Medieval Inspired Illuminated Letters. This art form uses different kinds of illuminated letters, including ornamented letters, historiated letters, and inhabited letters and were commonplace in Medieval manuscripts in Europe between the 4th and 16th centuries.
