Centennial is very proud of our Head Boys’ Soccer Coach and PE teacher, Doug Black, for being named TCPalm’s Coach of the Year!
TCPalm shared, “Faced with tragedy at the beginning of the season and hit with the impending loss of a loved one toward the end, Black navigated the Eagles through severe adversity en route to their third district title in four years. Centennial suffered only two defeats during the 2023-24 campaign.” Coach Black and Assistant Coach Soto kept our boys believing, working hard, and playing as a cohesive unit, despite their setbacks. Coach Black, we thank you for your service and commitment to our students and school!
