SLW Centennial Culinary Arts Academy Earns Top Ranking from ProStart

Congratulations to St. Lucie West Centennial High School’s Culinary Arts Academy for earning a prestigious recognition by ProStart. ProStart is a two-year, industry-backed culinary arts and restaurant management program for high school students. ProStart has named SLW Centennial High School a Premier ProStart School.  This recognition has been awarded due to the various accomplishments that the students achieved over the course of the last school year.  This is the highest ranking that a Culinary Program can have awarded by ProStart.  This recognition allows the Culinary Program at Centennial to receive additional benefits from ProStart including industry certification materials, as well as curriculum certification materials. SLW Centennial High School Culinary Arts Program is the only program in St. Lucie County to earn this prestigious title. Way to Go EAGLES!
