Rivers Edge Elementary recently celebrated the official launch of its new All Pro Dad chapter on Friday, September 19th with an impressive turnout of nearly 70 fathers, father-figures, and students. The event marked the beginning of a year-long initiative aimed at strengthening family bonds and promoting character development through monthly themed gatherings.
Attendees enjoyed breakfast together before diving into this month’s theme: Consistency. Team Captain Mr. Phillip Corsi led the morning’s lesson, sharing practical insights on how consistent actions and values can lead to success in parenting and life.
Each meeting begins with a “Pride Moment,” where dads share something they’re proud of about their children. The launch also featured a group discussion and interactive “Dad & Kid Questions,” designed to spark meaningful conversations.
To continue the dialogue at home, participants received discussion cards and book recommendations aligned with the monthly theme.
The next All Pro Dad meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2025, with a focus on Respect.
