Mrs. Whitehead’s first-grade class celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with an exciting art project. Each student was given a paper hand to create a flag that represented different Spanish Countries. Four students enthusiastically presented influential figures in Hispanic heritage, showcasing their unique contributions to culture and history. Each student took turns sharing stories about their chosen individual. It was a wonderful way to appreciate the rich diversity of Hispanic cultures and to celebrate their differences while having fun!
