On Wednesday, September 7, parents and students attended a Title 1 Annual Parent Meeting at Oak Hammock K-8 School. Parents were informed of Title 1 policy requirements, standards and testing, parents and guardian rights, and the benefits of parent involvement.
The Annual Title 1 Night was an opportunity to highlight the school’s theme of “Building Success Together with Positive Connections” to increase student and family engagement. Families were engaged in building LEGO friends together and enjoyed some refreshing Kona Ice to end the evening.
