Chorus and band students from across the school district performed in spectacular fashion for a full house at the Fenn Center in Fort Pierce. As part of the annual Music In Our Schools celebration, students are specially selected from among St. Lucie Public Schools’ middle and high school band and chorus programs. The composite band or chorus group is then lead by a visiting clinician. Students rehearse for weeks to sing and play at top level with their peers. Music In Our Schools Month is the National Association for Music Education’s annual celebration. Music educators, students, and communities engage in promoting the benefits of high quality music education programs in St. Lucie Public Schools. To view the performance, click the link below!
