School Counselor Lilias Batchelor has organized an Afterschool Boys Club for boys in Grades 3-5 at Lawnwood Elementary School. Mr. Singletary of Roundtable SLC and Mr. Mack have partnered with Lawnwood Elementary School to support this project. Our students eagerly anticipate this weekly program, which provides them with opportunities to collaborate, solve problems, and create solutions. Various community members are invited to share information with the boys, offering valuable insights and experiences. Overall, this afterschool boys club is an excellent opportunity that promotes academic success, good citizenship, and personal growth. A huge thank you goes out to Ms. Batchelor for organizing and sponsoring this weekly project. We also appreciate our community leaders for supporting this effort. GO LEOPARDS!
