Are you interested in “low-cost” or “no-cost” internet services through Comcast, Internet Essentials? St. Lucie Public Schools in partnership with the St. Lucie County Education Foundation and St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners is hosting a sign-up event on Wednesday, June 5th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the St. Lucie Public Schools District Office in Port St. Lucie.
This event is geared towards St. Lucie Public School students who are currently enrolled in kindergarten through twelfth grade. Families may qualify for FREE or discounted internet, offered through Comcast, if a student is enrolled in the public school system in St. Lucie County. Other criteria include being located where Comcast offers internet service, not having subscribed to Comcast Internet service within the last 90 days, and not having an overdue Comcast bill or unreturned equipment.
