Ms. Brault’s 6th Grade ELA students recently participated in a dynamic and engaging carousel walk designed to deepen their understanding of narrative perspectives. As they rotated through different stations, students explored various points of view, including first person, third person limited, and third person omniscient. This interactive approach not only reinforced key literary concepts but also encouraged movement and collaboration. By reading and responding to prompts at each station, students were able to compare perspectives and analyze how the point of view shapes a reader’s experience. The activity sparked thoughtful discussion and helped students connect abstract ideas to real examples in a fun and memorable way.
