Our ELA teachers were recently observed implementing small group instruction in their classrooms, and the results are promising. This instructional strategy allows teachers to tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of their students, providing targeted support and fostering deeper understanding. During the observations, students were actively engaged in meaningful discussions, receiving personalized feedback and guidance. Small group instruction not only boosts academic achievement but also builds confidence and encourages collaboration. It’s clear that our teachers are making intentional moves to enhance learning, and their efforts are paving the way for continued student success. We are definitely on the right track!
