Congratulations to SLPS’ first cohort of Take 5! Trainers.
Twenty sites across the district will be able to offer the Take 5! training to their teachers and staff. Take 5! focuses on competency building for long term personal and professional impact by providing a safe space for adults to connect with one another, identify their own personal needs, and develop the skills and mindset to foster their personal growth. Take 5! is organized into a series of 15-minute modules that may be facilitated during faculty meetings, with small groups of volunteers and other settings with a flexible timeline that meets the needs of the participants.
