Our Second-Grade Sharks were thrilled to welcome School Resource Deputy Urbay as a special guest reader! Students enjoyed listening to a story and spending time with someone who helps keep our school safe and supported each day.
To show their appreciation, students created positive “pickle” messages and drawings just for Deputy Urbay, sharing kind words and gratitude for all that he does for our school community.
We are so thankful for the positive relationships Deputy Urbay builds with our students and the care he shows our Shark Nation family. Thank you for encouraging a love of reading and being such a valued part of St. Lucie West K-8. You’re definitely a big dill around here!
