This week, our PBIS team hosted an amazing breakfast of Panera, fruit, and Natalie’s juice to express gratitude to our dedicated teachers and staff for their commitment to recognizing and rewarding students’ positive behaviors. Teachers and staff distribute purple tickets to students demonstrating school-wide expectations and making positive decisions. PBIS is a vital school-wide initiative that fosters positive student behavior while enhancing the overall school climate and single-school culture. By recognizing and reinforcing positive behaviors, teachers and staff engage in motivating and supporting the kind of school community that promotes a positive learning environment. A warm thanks to Mrs. DeVries, Mrs. Mazzo, and Mrs. Santoro for their dedication and efforts in making FPC the best place to be.
