Central’s Black History Month Celebrations

Fort Pierce Central’s month-long Black History celebrations peak with a show-stopping series of performances by Cobra students, faculty, staff, and honored guests. Mrs. Ami Foreman works tirelessly to organize the vibrant yearly performances. Thank you to the musical performers, their leaders, and those who lent their voices and talent to make this year’s celebration a stand-out capstone!

Thank you to the talented chefs-in-training of the Cobra Culinary Arts Program and Chef Strell for an amazing array of Afro-centric dishes and delights. Cobra faculty, staff, and guests dined by glowing candlelight on a feast fit for honoring the occasion! Thank you to the Sunshine Committee and its members for decorating and contributing wonderful dishes and desserts shared at the luncheon.

Principal Gardner honors esteemed guests with Cobra-centric awards for their service to our school and continued dedication to Cobra nation and Black History honoring events and programs.

Our very own Tina Turner impersonator dazzled the crowd in the auditorium. Luncheon guests were treated to an additional Tina tribute when she made another special appearance performing an encore in the Cobra Cafe.
