Fort Pierce Westwood High School and St. Lucie West Centennial High School Criminal Justice students attended the District Court of Appeals Oral Arguments hosted by Indian River State College.  This event afforded the students the opportunity to hear cases and participate in a question and answer segment with the judges.

African American History Month is celebrated every February and is a time to learn about the accomplishments, culture, and contributions of African Americans. Debbie Hawley, Chairman of the St. Lucie County School Board, was honored at this month’s Chamber of Commerce Ladies Luncheon.  Ms. Hawley is a staunch advocate for children and public education.  As a three-term School Board member, Chief Operating Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters, and involved community member, she is a catalyst for the acceleration of literacy, expansion of mental health services, and improvements in safety and security. Congratulations, Ms. Hawley!

From the comfort of your home, classroom, office, or public location you can learn everything you need to know about Microsoft and Office365 products to better enhance technology within your classroom and work environment.
