Last week, the kitchen at Fort Pierce Central High School was full of energy as students enjoyed learning through a hands-on culinary experience led by Chef Strell and Chef Swertfager. The classroom transformed into a professional-grade kitchen, where students rotated through stations focused on fruit cutting, cookie making and decorating, and grilling.
