Child Nutrition Services Cook’s Training

At St. Lucie Public Schools we pride ourselves on our fresh, made-from-scratch meals. Each one of our schools has a dedicated chef to prepare all of our breakfasts and lunches. Last week our cooks came together to learn some of the recipes that are new on this year’s lunch menu. Not only are they talented with their cooking skills, but our cooks are also passionate about everything they do to ensure our students are fed well every day!

Child Nutrition Services Baker’s Training

Last week our bakers were hard at work training to ensure the highest quality products are served at each of our schools. All of our bakeries are made with whole wheat and comply with the National School Lunch Program guidelines.
