A Day of Discovery and New Beginnings at Morningside
Mrs. Eibl’s 2nd graders brought their Life Cycles study to life as they watched tiny chicks hatch right in their classroom. Through hands-on embryology, students carefully observed each stage of development, recorded their findings in journals, and asked thoughtful questions that showed growing understanding. They were excited to see science unfold before their eyes and make real-world connections. Once the chicks arrived, the class proudly chose names for their new feathered friends. The day blended curiosity, responsibility, and joy, creating a memorable learning experience that the students will never forget.
