Building Construction Technologies Hosts Virtual Field Trip

Port St. Lucie High’s Building Construction Technologies students hosted a virtual field trip for Mr. Kevin Fess’s students at Northport K-8.  The high school students highlighted the skills learned and equipment used in their program.  The 8th graders asked great questions while sitting in their middle school classroom!  Big thanks to Mr. Bruce Gardner, Instructor and his Building Construction Technologies students at Port St Lucie High.

CAST’s Facebook Live on Habit 2

CAST’s Leadership League went live on Facebook to teach families about Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind. Teachers at CAST teach our students to have a plan and set goals for the day so they can be successful. Kindness ROCKS at FPC!

FPC Students Positively Rock! The 7th period students of Ms. Dowdy and Mrs. Santoro joined the week of April 12-16 for a uniquely positive community building project! Kindness Rocks was an afternoon alternative for students that had testing in the morning.  Students were encouraged to paint their kindness designs then hide the colorful rocks around campus for others to find. On Thursday, April 15th both classes (approx. 60 students) placed over 100 rocks all over campus. PSLHS Change of Command Ceremony

Change of Command Ceremony         On Wednesday, April 21st, the Jaguar Battalion conducted its annual Change of Command Ceremony. It is a ceremony where the Cadet Battalion Commander and the Cadet Command Sergeant Major positions are transferred to the upcoming leadership for the following year. The outgoing Battalion commander, Cadet Lieutenant Lawrence Moleon-Matthews relinquished his position to the incoming battalion commander, Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Alexis Wilson. Cadet Command Sergeant Major Mery Fuentes relinquished her position to Cadet Command Sergeant Major Devin Callwood.
