Southport Middle School students and staff took part in a virtual “Inspiration Day” to help everyone feel a little more at ease with our new distance learning initiative. Students and teachers used their new learning platform to upload inspirational selfies, some even with their pets. They included quotes to remind one another that we are still connected as a school family and together we have HURRICANE STRENGTH! Please remember that we are all in this together, and we can and will overcome this. Take some time each day to “stop and smell the roses” as they say, and enjoy life each and every day. Hurricane Pride is not just a statement but a way of life!
