Students from the SLW Centennial Culinary Arts Academy truly dazzled at the 24th Annual ProStart Culinary Competitions. Despite being one of the smallest groups in attendance, their exceptional performance catapulted us into the top percentile of the state of Florida, establishing us as the premier culinary competition team and top-ranked in St. Lucie County. Their unwavering dedication, remarkable skill, and profound passion for the culinary arts were evident in every meticulously prepared dish and every challenge they masterfully navigated. The students not only showcased their culinary prowess but also embodied exemplary sportsmanship and kindness, earning admiration from peers and judges alike.
