The St. Lucie West Centennial High School Navy JROTC program earned the Distinguished Unit with Academic Honors designation. This award is given annually to the top 30% of the Navy JROTC programs in each district or area throughout the United States. The designation of Academic Honors is awarded to the top 5% programs. The selection, award, and designation are based on the excellent administration, academic performance, military proficiency, and outstanding dedication from the cadets and staff in the NJROTC program.
This is the 4th consecutive year in which the SLW Centennial Navy JROTC program has earned the Distinguished Unit award/designation for Area 7 (Florida)! This is also the 3rd consecutive year they have also earned the Academic Honors designation as well!
