Congratulations to the SLW Centennial Navy JROTC “Navy Eagles Black Talon” Drill Competition Team! They competed on Saturday, February 4th, 2023 at Flanagan High School and earned multiple trophies during the Flanagan “Stars and Stripes” Competition Drill Meet in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
The Comp Team earned the following awards:

2nd Place 100m Relay (Trophy)
3rd Place Color Guard (Trophy)
3rd Place Team Push-Ups (Trophy)
5th Place Overall Athletics (Trophy)
5th Place Overall Competition (Trophy)

5th Place Unarmed Exhibition Drill
5th Place Team Sit-Ups
5th Place Overall Academics

The SLW Centennial Navy Eagles Black Talon NJROTC Competition Team will next travel to Lake Mary High School on Saturday, February 18th, 2023 to compete in their “Ram Nation” Navy Drill Competition as they try and earn a bid to compete in the Area 7 Florida State Navy JROTC Drill Championships!
