On Saturday, December 10th, 2022, The SLW Centennial NAVY JROTC traveled to Oviedo High School to compete against 28 other teams in the Area 7 (Florida) State Marksmanship Championships hosted by the Oviedo High School Navy JROTC.
Centennial’s “Alpha” Team consisted of Aidan Rossell, Payton Mangine, Justin Lotak, and Jade Sikorski. The Alpha Team finished in 12th place out of 28 teams from all over the state of Florida. Cadet Rossell was their top shooter and earned a top team shooter medal.
Centennial’s “Bravo” Team consisted of Daniel Sharpe, Casey Scott, Sean Stewart, and Nikolas Ramirez. The Bravo Team finished in 21st place out of 28. Cadet Sharpe was their top shooter and earned the top team shooter medal.
